Director of Business Development/Sales

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify strategically important clients and partners that will benefit from our product and services.  Get access to the decision makers within the organization.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate business terms and contracts with clients. Close new deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and subsequently launching partnerships


  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years in sales or BD with experience in selling in the following domains: eCommerce, Payments, Fraud Management, Financial Institutions.
  • Strong relationship management and team orientation; ability to lead and influence others in a cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to think creatively, and identify and quantify new opportunities.
  • Excellent presentation and written communications skills.
  • Strong process, program management, and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience in the mobile ecosystem is a plus
  • MBA is a plus
