Senior Program Manager

Danal leverages its unique real-time access to subscriber and account information via connections to mobile operator networks and other authoritative data sources to definitively identify consumers and the phones or tablets they use every day. Danal improves the user journey for securely log into bank accounts, financial services and make purchases (think TSA PRE at the airport) without having the overhead to remember passwords and protecting the users identity from various types of Fraud.


As a Senior Program Manager, you will work closely with Danal's customer accounts to help them through the lifecycle management of their service. Your technical expertise will be blended with you business acumen to help deliver and deploy identity solutions working collaboratively with Danal's Sales, Product and Engineering teams. You are a cross functional manager acting as the single point of contact for Danal's customer accounts. You will also interact and own global clientele that utilize Danal services. Responsibilities
Own overall relationship with partners focusing on increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each partner and drive continued value of Danal products and services. Work with partners to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals. Work to identify and/or develop new opportunities.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field
  • Previous experience in Technical Account Management, Program/Project Management or Customer Success a plus
  • 5-7 years prior experience in managing key accounts from onboarding to increasing customer satisfaction with account growth, adoption of new services, and retention.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and analytical.
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter.
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
  • Backend database proficiency including MySQL and/or SQL query writing
  • Experience in web based technologies and mobile operator's infrastructure
  • Excellent time management, organization, and people management skills
